JMP in IP claim against Toothbrush giant

JMP is currently acting for the inventor of a remarkable toothbrush that reacts to heavy brushing pressure by bending and clicking. A prototype was given the project name of the “Popper”.

The inventor approached a toothbrush manufacturer with his unique design some years ago, but the manufacturer turned down the concept as being off strategy. More recently, the toothbrush manufacturer embarked on a high profile launch of a toothbrush that is remarkably similar in design and concept called the “Click”.
