5. Complaints Procedure
We are committed to provide you with an efficient legal service. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with our service then we would hope that we would be able to, in the first instance, resolve any problems you may have with the person dealing with your claim. If you are unable to resolve your concerns with the person dealing with your claim, then you may contact Mr Ian Howard, who has been designated as the director with the responsibility for dealing with any concerns that you may have in relation to this matter. Should you feel it appropriate to contact Mr Howard, we would ask that you allow him 14 days in which to respond. We trust however that you will not need to contact him.
