A Lasting Power of Attorney is a legal document that enables you to appoint a someone to make decisions on your behalf. The person appointed becomes known as your 'Attorney' and can make decisions on your behalf in relation to health and welfare as well as property and financial affairs.
We have a special interest in clients who don't have mental capacity to manage their own finances, through illness, injury or old age.

Advised a client and attended a continuing healthcare assessment. Reviewed the medical records and managed to reverse the assessor's decision meaning a portion of the care hame fees were paid for by the NHS instead of our client.
