These conditions are caused wholly or in part due to vibrations from vibrating machinery or tools such as road drills. The conditions can affect any part of the hand or arm display common symptoms such as whitening of the skin, tingling sensations or aches and pains in the affected areas. This most commonly affects muscles, tendons and nerves in the hands, arms and upper back and is largely experienced by those working on an assembly line or on a computer.
